Over the years, Abby has earned numerous overalls, special awards, and scholarships for her performances.
Miss Abby’s extensive training spans both CORE and a competitive studio in Kitchener, allowing her to develop a diverse and rigorous technical foundation. Her classical background includes completing examinations with both the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and the Society for Classical Ballet (Vaganova Method). A versatile artist, she has trained in Pointe as well as trained and competed in Ballet, Musical Theater, Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, and Acro. To further her education, she has participated in prestigious industry workshops including the Rutherford Movement Exchange, The View, Canadian Dance Expo, Dark Dance, and SOL, where she was also an ambassador.
In 2023, at just 14 years old, Miss Abby was the youngest member of the Pre-Professional Five Star Dance Company, performing internationally in Mexico and at the televised Miss Universe Canada pageant. Building on that success, she went on to represent her country on the 2026 World Performers Canada team at the Dance World Cup in Dublin, Ireland. Competing against dancers from 61 countries, Abby, and the WPC Jr team, delivered extraordinary performances earning Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals across Contemporary, Jazz, and Showstopper divisions to rank 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the world.
Driven by a commitment to leadership and mentorship, Miss Abby spent years assisting and shadowing senior faculty to master her teaching craft. Currently a Grade 12 student planning her post-secondary path, she is dedicated to keeping dance at the center of her future. Miss Abby is thrilled to step into the role of educator and share her passion, competitive experience, and technique with the recreational students at CORE!
