7:15-8:00pm – Shred, Tone & Sculpt with Ang

8:15-9:00pm – Cardio Dance with Nicole

  • Studio 2

Wednesday

7:30-8:15pm – Bounce & Burn with Nicole Kyle

Studio 4

  • Pre-Registration Required for a pair of Boots
  • Wear tall socks!
  • Text Nicole at (519) 771-5134 to reserve a pair of boots
  • $5 drop in rate if you have your own boots
  • $10 drop in rate if you need to rent boots

7:00-7:45pm – Totally Tabata with Nicole
