Specialty: Acro
Dani Campbell

Miss Dani was born and raised in Hamilton, ON. She started gymnastics at the age of four at the Hamilton Wentworth Regionettes Gym Club in Hamilton. She started competing at the age of six up until 13 years of age at a national level.

While doing competitive gymnastic, Miss Dani started to dance at the age of 7. There came a time when she had to choose between dance and gymnastics. After a serious ankle injury she lost her passion for gymnastics and wanted to invest more time dancing.

Miss Dani started training at Rhythm Plus in Stoney Creek. While training at Rhythm plus, she attended the National Ballet School of Canada for a Summer. She enjoyed her training at the NBS but wanted to do all forms of dance. She continued doing all forms of dance (Jazz, Tap, Acro, Lyrical and Ballet) at Rhythm Plus.

After a couple years at Rhythm plus, Miss Dani went on to train with Joanne Chapman and then went to the Canadian Dance Company. She taught Acro at the Canadian Dance Company for a year then left to go teach at Dynamic Dancers in Ancaster.

Miss Dani continued teaching while completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She taught all forms of dance (both Recreational and Competitive) while at Dynamic Dancers to all ages. Once she started working as a Registered Nurse, she wanted to focus on her new career, so she took a break from the “dance world”.

Miss Dani has been working as a Registered Nurse for almost ten years. She started in Orthopaedics then moved to the Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit. From the ICU, she went to a Spinal Cord Trauma floor then took on a role as a Nurse Educator for the Spinal Cord Injury Unit. As you can see, your kids participating in Acro will be in VERY capable hands!!

Miss Dani has a beautiful daughter named Reese. She’s now 4 years old and the love of her life.

From Miss Dani: “When Nicole asked me if I would be interested in teaching at the studio, I was very excited about the idea of getting back into the world of dance. There’s nothing like teaching children who have a real love for dance and watching them excel. I’m excited to meet everyone very soon!”

We have had the pleasure of learning from Miss Dani for a year now and look forward to many more years to come!!
