It’s Bring-A-Friend Week for you too!! If you bring a friend to class, that has never taken a class with us before, they are FREE all week long!!

May Punch Cards are now available at the front desk! $60 gets you all of our classes for the whole month of May!!!

$80 Punch Cards are still available if you would rather just pay as you go.

$10 Drop In is always an option too!!

Monday

7:15-7:45pm – Adult Tap
7:45-8:30pm – Pound
7:45-8:30pm – Total Body Blast
8:30-9:15pm – Barre Fitness
8:30-9:30pm – Kettlebell Tabata (Previous KB experience required)

Tuesday

9:15-10:15am – Interval Training
8:45-9:30pm – Cardio Dance

Wednesday

7:40-8:25pm – Power Flow Yoga (pre reg required, see below)
7:45-8:30pm – Barre Fitness
8:30-9:15pm – Slow Flow Yoga (pre reg required, see below)
8:30-9:15pm – Pound

Thursday

7:45-8:30pm – Total Body Blast
8:30-9:30pm – Kettlebell Builder (Previous KB experience required)
8:30-9:30pm – Strong by Zumba

Friday

9:15-10:00am – Boot Camp
7:30-8:15pm – Strong by Zumba

Saturday

8:30-9:30am – Quarters
1:30-2:15pm – Strong by Zumba NEW TIME
